Receptionist cum Personal Secretary

Job Description:

  • Managing appointments, correspondence and documents effectively.
  • Candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
  • Coordinate, control, organize and facilitate functions to support top management.
  • Communication with internal and external people on behalf of higher management.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

Required Skills

  • Should have good verbal communication over English & Malayalam. Knowlegde of Hindi & Tamil will be added advantage
  • Should have minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, email, and online scheduling tools.
  • Should have pleasing personality.
  • Comfortable working independently as part of a young and vibrant team.

Salary : Best in Industry.
